Terms of service

1. What you're buying. A digital information product about advertising on AppLovin (Axon Ads Manager) for e-commerce stores: PDF guides, templates and a video-editing script. It's education, not a service. We don't run your ads or access your accounts.

2. License. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guides and templates in your own business, including for clients you serve. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or redistribute the guides, in whole or in part, for free or for money. The motion.py script may be used and modified for your own work and your clients' work, but not resold or redistributed as a product.

3. No results guaranteed. Advertising results depend on your product, offer, budget, creative, market and many factors outside our control. Figures in the guides are quoted from public sources and credited to their authors, or are labeled as examples or math. They aren't promises or typical results. Nothing in the product is financial, legal or tax advice.

4. Not affiliated. Alex Hartley is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AppLovin, Axon, Meta, Shopify, Anthropic (Claude), Brandsearch or any brand mentioned. All trademarks belong to their owners. Brands shown in the teardowns are shown for education and commentary; no endorsement is implied in either direction.

5. Platforms change. Ad platform interfaces, rules and availability change often. The guides reflect public information as of October 2026. Always check current settings and policies in your own accounts.

6. Your responsibility. You're responsible for your ads complying with the law and with each platform's policies, including truthful claims, real testimonials, disclosures, and rights to any footage, music, voices or likenesses you use.

7. Software. motion.py is provided "as is", without warranty. Back up your files. We're not liable for lost data or for third-party software it relies on (ffmpeg, Python, Pillow).

8. Refunds. All sales are final. See the Refund policy for the cases we always fix (broken link, missing file, duplicate charge).

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force on your purchase date applies to your purchase.
